  3. Your life is falling apart – people can see it clearly, but you can’t. Stop being so emotional with your business
  4. Critique from smarter people  – Shark tank is a great example of when businesses are told to cut losses and move on
  5. When you can’t become the best and seriously lack talent – You might want to become a UFC fighter, and train your ass off, but if you have a glass jaw then  you need to find another career.
