How Krista Striker Built A Fitness Empire Based on 12-Minute Workout Sessions!
Krista Stryker wasn’t able to do a push-up at one point when her brother challenged her and now you can see her performing handstand push-ups on her Instagram page where she has over 53,000 loyal followers. Krista originally planned on working as a journalist after college, but she graduated during the worst time possible (around the 2008 recession). So Krista did what any entrepreneur would do in that situation, and she bet on herself by carving out a career in the fitness industry.
Krista is the founder of 12 Minute Athlete. A system of workouts that can be done in little space, with few pieces of equipment, and in the shortest time possible. Since launching 12 Minute Athlete in 2013, Krista has helped tens of thousands of people work toward their full athletic potential, as she believes everybody can become an athlete. Krista has built a fitness app that allows you workout with no excuses, as you can perform these exercises anywhere in the world if you have 12 minutes to spare.
